Pistachio. Tiramisu. Cookies. Three words that had no business being combined — and yet here we are, completely obsessed. Cooking Tree dropped this recipe today and we cannot stop watching it. The cookies are fudgy chocolate on the bottom, topped with a cloud of pistachio-dusted mascarpone cream. They look like something from a very fancy patisserie that you'd feel nervous to enter.
Cooking Tree is a Korean baking channel that posts every single day with a pastel-dream aesthetic and zero-stress energy. Everything they make looks impossible and somehow also very doable, which is basically the best combination a baking video can offer. This one in particular — the way the cream settles into little swirls, the dusting of green — is just deeply satisfying to watch even if you never bake a single cookie.
