Every July we start hunting for something that actually looks like summer, and this watermelon ice cream popsicle might be the platonic ideal of it. Pink and green, dotted with little chocolate "seeds," and frozen into a shape that makes you want to lick the screen.
It's the kind of dessert that photographs better than most desserts taste — except this one probably tastes just as good as it looks, given how simple the jelly-and-cream layering technique looks in the video. File this one under "things to make the next time it's unbearably hot outside."
